Recovering and Returning - 11 May 2020
Thank-you to everyone for your patients with us over the last few months, Our MD Jamey has been undergoing treatment for Cancer and is now on the road to recovery. Whilst our online system is still the best and most efficient way to contact us, Jamey will be slowly coming back to the the phones over the next week or so and is hoping to be back on the tools in July.
Phone Calls - 3 Jan 2020
Dear Clients, please bear with us over the next 3-4 days as our MD Jamey has had to undergo surgery on his throat. During this time we may be difficult to get in touch with via phone. Our online booking system will be the best point of contact as we can easily manage emails and texts during this time.
We are hoping Jamey will have his voice back by Monday 10th. Lauren and Matt will be doing their best to return calls however the online request form is very simple to use and it allows us to provide efficient quotes and booking times.

From Dec to Mid January our best point of contact is via the online enquiry and booking forms. Due to illness Jamey currently has limited voice and is unable to take phone calls on a regular basis.

Lauren and Jamey welcome their eldest son Dion to the team, Dion is out on the road with Matt who is training Dion. Dion has previously completed work experience with us and is looking forward to learning the Garage door trade.
Directors Announcement - 4 Dec, 19
During the last couple of weeks Jamey our head tech / Director has been undergoing some medical investigations. At this point Jamey is off work for medical reasons until further notice.
We still have our other great staff on board and on the road, however understandably Lauren is doing her best to juggle work, family and appointments with Jamey whilst catering to the administrative side of the the business.
At a time like this we are finding it hard to take phone calls, however we can easily maintain emails and online bookings. We also have a great system where we can communicate directly through SMS on our software system.
